Specialized double-glazed glass systems have been incorporated to minimize heat, while the layout takes into account the movement of the sun to ensure the hottest parts of the day are shielded by elegant awnings.

Inside, the home features underfloor heating across all rooms, polished concrete floors, and a sleek polished concrete kitchen bench, offering a sophisticated, modern aesthetic. The bespoke barn doors, installed by MLJ Constructions, are a standout design element—floating with no visible fixings—while the custom cuts designed by the client allow the doors to flow seamlessly when closed.

Every bedroom is an ensuite retreat, and each ensuite showcases luxurious X-Bond Mineral finishes, a new product for us that provides a unique micro cement look similar to polished concrete, but with minimal depth. This innovative bathroom finish ensures durability and a refined, modern touch, without traditional tiles.
