If you do not already have building plans we can refer you to our experienced Architect and together you can design the perfect space.  MLJ Constructions will then build to your exact specifications and chosen finishes.  You are not limited by a specified builders range/selection or set style of home, everything can be customised to your requirements.

Commercial Works

From retail spaces through to shade structures and large-scale industrial sites, we specialise in new construction, steel fabrication and office fit outs.  MLJ Constructions have built steel structures in skate parks, large shade sails and steel shelters, right through to high end office fix outs.  MLJ Constructions work with owners, developers and government departments along with Architects and Engineers. 

Steel Fabrication

Our experienced team works from our 400sqm workshop.  The team has extensive experience in welding and steel fabrication.  We are able to complete all types of fabrication and manufacturing for both domestic and commercial applications.  We are experts in welding, drilling, punching, folding, oxy and plasma cutting, enabling us to fabricate all necessary steel beams for houses and complex steel for any custom designs required.  MLJ Constructions also fabricate for all aspects of industrial and commercial projects.

Architectural Design Services and Certifications & Approvals

We work closely with a local Architect with extensive experience where you can discuss your requirements.  Design and drafting services are available from concept stage through to working drawings ready for submission to council.  MLJ Constructions also arrange for all Development Application approvals enabling you to obtain a Construction Certificate through our Private Building Certifiers.  All documentation is handled by MLJ Constructions taking the stress out of paperwork, so you can move in and enjoy your new home.

Structural Engineering Services

We provide Structural Engineering design, detailing and plans for homes, industrial and commercial applications.  Michael Jolly is a Licensed Builder and Structural Engineer enabling MLJ Constructions to provide advice on the best and most cost effective solutions for your project, without compromising the finish.

Knockdown Rebuilds, Second Storey Additions and Home Extensions

We can provide advice and solutions in these areas, from the concept stage, pricing, through to the finished project.
